GVB Ticket Vending machine 
At this machine you can pay using pin, creditcard or cash.

Here you can:

• Load balance on your card
• Load a webshop order on your card
• Buy an anonymous OV-chipkaart
• Buy travel products  

Paper ticket or load as product on your OV-chipkaart:

• GVB 1 hour
• GVB 1 to 4 days (valid 24 to 96 hours) except the Day ticket child
• GVB bike ticket (bicycle supplement)
• GVB night bus 1 trip (1.5 hours)

As paper ticket only:

• GVB 1 hour + bike
• Bus Tram Metro (BTM) 1.5 uur (valid with GVB, Connexxion and EBS)
• Amsterdam Travel Ticket 1 to 3 days
• Amsterdam & Region Travel Ticket 1 to 3 days

Load as product on a OV-chipkaart only:

• GVB nightbus 12 trip (12 x 1.5 hours)

If something goes wrong
If something goes wrong at one of our Ticket Vending Machines, you will receive a claim voucher that you can use at our Service & Tickets kiosks. If you have not received a claim voucher or unsuccessfully tried to load more than € 50, please call our Customer Service at 0900 8011 (usual call charges).
